Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at customer-service@gohijewelry.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

We reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs associated with the order, including but not limited to shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs Duties and Taxes
All duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your final purchase price where applicable; however, these charges are non-refundable.

In the event of a return, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred during the original shipment or return process will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Altered pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

These items are not eligible for return except where required by law.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original piece and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fee will apply under this provision.

However, original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes custom-sized rings (below size 5 or above size 8 US) and any modified pieces.

Non-Recoverable Costs

Due to the international nature of our operations, certain costs incurred throughout the fulfillment process are non-recoverable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that such costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
