All our products are hand made specially for you, and the production process will take 10-12 business days.

Payment Options

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has a tracking number.

  • The shipping and billing address locations are in two different countries and/or provinces.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

To ensure the finest experience for our customers in the United States, we offer complementary shipping via FedEx or DHL.

An adult signature is required.

GOHI cannot be held liable for lost shipments once tracking indicates the package has been delivered.

International Shipping

All of our international shipments (out of the United States of America) are sent with the assurance of FedEx and DHL. To make the delivery process as convenient as possible, we utilize a third-party system to calculate the taxes and duties for your country during the checkout process. Unfortunately, in the event of a return, we are unable to refund the taxes and duties that were paid at checkout.

All of our products are handcrafted to order and it would take 10 - 12 business days for completion, depending on the intricacy of the piece. If you have a specific date in mind for when you need the piece, we will make every effort to accommodate your request by rushing the order if possible. Please include the requested date in your notes or reach out to us to check for availability.

Returns Policy

Jewelry Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Approved refunds incur a 4% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges are complimentary within 30-days.

For a return or exchange to be approved:

  • The tag must remain attached and intact, without any modification or tampering.
  • The jewelry must also be in its original condition, free of any signs of wear and packaged in its original packaging.
  • Please note that shipping costs, including taxes and duties, are not covered for domestic and international returns or exchanges.

Upon receipt and approval of the item, returns will be credited to the original payment method.

Customs Duties

Please note that refunds for returned items will only cover the cost of the product and will not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and any requests for reimbursement should be directed to the relevant customs authorities in the buyer's country.

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale on our online store are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Final sale items include:

  • Pieces that have been altered in any way, including custom pieces
  • Rings below a size 5 or above a size 8 US
  • Half pairs of earrings

What is the GOHI´s ring sizes range?

On our website, we offer ring sizes from 5 to 8 US. If you need a size outside of these ranges or need help finding your right size, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Please note, ring sizes below size 5 and above size 8 US will be 'Final Sale.'
  • Also note, rings larger than a size 8 may have an additional charge depending on what ring you choose.
  • A word to the wise-our eternity bands cannot be resized, so please make sure you have the correct size before ordering.
  • If you decide on a thicker ring or eternity band, we recommend that you size up (+half size). Please contact us and we will assist you with choosing the correct size based on your finger size.

If your ring doesn't fit the way you would have hoped, contact us and send it back for a free sizing. All we ask is that you pay for shipping whether you are located in the US or abroad.

Do all earrings come in pairs?

Earrings marked with the "2-units" tag in our collections are sold in pairs, while those marked with the "1-unit" tag are sold individually.

Do all post back earrings come with earring backs?

Yes, all of our post back earrings come with 18K gold earring backs depending on the piece.

You may also request guardian earring backs at an additional charge.
