
Warranty
All GOHI jewelry comes with a warranty against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery. Our jewelry is made of strong and durable materials, but they are not indestructible and require maintenance.
Hitting and lifting solid and heavy objects can damage your jewelry and break gemstones like diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and others.
Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, misuse or damage, regardless of the causes. Discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, deformed parts, or lost central stones, improper handling, or external impacts (e.g., hits, dents, or pressure) are not covered.
Likewise, jewelry should not be altered, handled, or repaired by a service provider other than GOHI Jewelry.
The warranty is granted to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
All warranty claims are subject to verification by the GOHI team. The item(s) must be classified as defective by our production department. If the warranty applies, the decision regarding the subsequent procedure (exchange, repair, or other) depends on each individual case and will be discussed with the product purchaser.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges of pieces purchased at GOHI Jewelry must be made within the first 30 days after delivery. For engagement rings, size changes or adjustments will be evaluated based on need, and this process may incur an additional cost. Jewelry pieces must be in perfect condition and without signs of use or imperfections.
They must be returned in their original packaging and with their documents in perfect condition.
