Warranty
All GOHI jewelry is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing and material defects.
Each piece is crafted using high-quality materials and designed for durability; however, fine jewelry is not indestructible and requires proper care and maintenance.
What is covered
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing or material defects identified under normal use conditions.
What is not covered
This warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, marks, or surface damage
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Impact-related damage (such as hits, pressure, or dents)
- Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or external agents
- Loss of stones resulting from external impact, wear, or improper care
- Any modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by third parties
Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a service provider other than GOHI Jewelry will automatically void this warranty.
Warranty process
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by the GOHI team. The item must be inspected and confirmed as defective by our production department.
If the claim is approved, GOHI will determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. This may include repair, replacement, or another suitable solution depending on the nature of the issue.
Shipping & associated costs
Shipping and handling costs related to warranty claims may vary depending on the case.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, GOHI will cover the applicable costs.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, shipping, handling, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Additional conditions
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
