Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

To provide the finest experience for our clients in the United States, all shipping fees are complimentary and shipped via FedEx or DHL.

An adult signature is required upon delivery, and our insurance coverage on the piece terminates once the package has been signed for. Unfortunately, GOHI cannot be held liable for lost shipments once tracking indicates that the package has been delivered.

In the case of shipping to a hotel, the transit insurance coverage ends once the package has been delivered and signed for by the hotel's reception desk. GOHI is not accountable for any lost or misplaced packages after the hotel has accepted and signed for the delivery.

Please note that GOHI cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the recipient being unavailable to sign for the package, technical issues within the shipping carrier, or weather-related circumstances. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

To mitigate instances of fraud, please be aware that we can only update your shipping address once within a 10-day period after the first address has been entered during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued. Redirection of packages once shipped is not possible, and anyone who refuses the package will incur charges for both ways of shipping.

All of our products are handcrafted to order and may require 10 - 12 business days for completion, depending on the intricacy of the piece. If you have a specific date in mind for when you need the piece, we will make every effort to accommodate your request by rushing the order if possible. Please include the requested date in your notes or reach out to us to check for availability.

International Shipping

These charges, if applicable, are determined by local regulations and will be added to the total order cost. Buyers are responsible for covering any applicable import fees as required by their country's customs authorities.

To ensure that your personalized message is included, simply enter it in the designated "notes" section during the checkout process. Additionally, if you would like us to include a gift receipt, please specify so in the notes section.
