Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is complimentary worldwide via FedEx or DHL. Each piece is handcrafted to order and typically takes 12–15 business days to complete before it ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition and packaging. Contact us at customer-service@gohijewelry.com to start a return. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and include a 4% restocking fee. Custom, personalized, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
